Is Homosexuality Forbidden by God’s Law?

Yes, it's true the Holy Scripture states that Homosexuality is forbidden, is sin, and is punishable by death! (See the many Bible References Below)

Don’t get uptight about the death issue. Under the Law of Moses many offences were equally dangerous to life and limb.

Death is not the final word. God has also made a way to life and forgiveness. The Apostle Paul wrote: Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

It's true! Jesus will forgive all that call upon his name. Jesus will remove guilt and sin, and he will give us a new direction and desire. During the old days of Moses there was no true forgiveness for sin and those that participated in many forms of sin became Satan’s captives with no hope of escape. Death alone could ensure that these fallen souls would not spread their moral infection to the general population. (This is why Sodom and Jericho was destroyed.) When Jesus came everything changed! Jesus forgave all manner of sin and cast the UNCLEAN spirits from those that were bound. Jesus will do no less today!

"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever." (Hebrews 13:8)
